Based on a painting by Jean-Marie Poumeyrol. Modeled in 3D Studio Max 2016. Textured using Photoshop and Substance Painter and Bitmap2Material. All the materials were meshpainted in UE4. I used the Ivy plugin for 3ds Max downloaded from GuruWare at www.guruware.at/main/. All puddles, leaking water and damaged concrete are DBuffer decals in UE4. Total time spent on project was roughly 20 hours spread out over a few months.
