This scene was created using Unreal Engine 4.14. The red plaster was created in Substance Designer and is mesh painted in unreal with 3 different layers, the bottom layer being wood. The floor is also mesh painted with wood, dirt, and debris on top. Small debris props were foliage painted over the floor and stairs. There's a volumetric light cone and dust particles to add some atmosphere. The railings and trim have a dust layer on top. I created a shader that allows dust to appear on top of any mesh it's assigned to. Also, I create a cobweb material and applied it to flat planes that I placed around the scene.
